I haven't updated in a long time, but not much to report. I am feeling good and getting bigger (pictures to come later) . I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I will update on how big my belly is really getting. I have felt him more around a lot more this week. Which I thought would be totally weird , but it's not. I start to smile every time and I'm sure people look at me like I'm crazy.
I am reading a ton of books at once. I don't know how much good they are going to do, but I feel like I should have some outline as to what to do. By far my favorite book right now is "The Modern Girl's Guide to Motherhood". It's awesome. Travis seems to think that we will be just fine without all the baby books as women have been giving birth for many years without them. I get his point to a certain extent, but come on if I didn't read them than I would be freaking out and calling the doctor every five minutes. Men.
We have finally registered at Babiesrus. Travis did a really good job and hung in there with me for almost 2 hours. He had his aisle by aisle system and I think for first timers we didn't do to bad.
Last, we are starting to plan our shower and my good friend Kelly was brave enough to volunteer to throw it. So, look out for your invitations soon. I do have to say that I have the most wonderful friends and it is a honor to have them in my life. They say that friends come and go , but for some reason we have all stuck together like a very close family. And that's what I consider them. As catty and dysfunctional as we may seem, you mess with one you get us all. Haha.

Tests and things
We recently got an ultrasound from our doctor and everything looked great. He is still a he. He has 2 hands , 2 feet, and all of his fingers and toes. The heart beat was 140 beats per minute and totally normal. We got see his brain, his heart, and his cute little face. He is weighing in at a 1/2 a pound and his head is measuring normal. He was moving around so much the lady had a hard time getting pictures. If you check out the below pics you can see him giving a number one sign. I think this kid is going to be a sports fan just like mommy. We were all laughing so hard.
Also, I recently received my AFP test's back and everything was negative. So that is good. I have been feeling okay. I just it some headaches now and then, but the morning sickness has definitely subsided(thank god!!). I am trying to get as much sleep as I can now before I get to uncomfortable and can't. I am growing day by day and getting dressed takes a little longer these days, but it's not so bad. I generally prefer dresses to pants and can't wait for the weather to change to a little warmer. I know I will swell more , but the thought of just putting on a mumu is far more appealing than pants that stick in the gut. Haha

Names
Picking a name is a lot harder than we thought. One we don't seem to agree on anything and two neither does anyone else. We can't seem to please everyone with our choices , so we have decided that we will post a name a week and everyone comment on it. Most will be jokes and others serious , but at least we can all have a good laugh and voice our opinions. And you know what they say about opinions!!!!
This weeks name:
JUSTIN BOBBY VANDAGRIFF
OR
RICKY BOBBY VANDAGRIFF

Update
Well I haven't written in awhile. Travis and I have been really busy with the business and coming home late a night the last thing I wanted to do is blog. But I did want to get something up here , so I wasn't called a loser again. (Thanks Claud!) I am feeling better and now get sick just once in a week oppose to everyday. I now call my morning sickness episodes since their just a maybe once a week occurrence. I have been growing as well. You can tell your going to become larger when your appetite becomes heavier. I noticed that I was hungry more and then like clockwork I had a bigger belly 2 days later. It's so weird. I will attempt some pictures later.
I think I have felt him move, but I have never felt a baby move inside of me before, so I can't be exactly sure. They say it feels like a butterfly flapping its wings. But mine just felt like someone burped in my belly. And the other is like someone is taking their finger and running it down the inside of my belly. Creepy! That's pretty much it for now. I will start updating on the regular , so I won't get yelled at.
